Experience the hospitality of Leh. This is a small guest house owned and run by the members of same family(Manzoor and his Mother). Junaid Guest House provides residents the comfort of home-away-from-home. This place can accommodate around 30 people. The family believes in good service and hospitality.
The guest house also provides cab service driven by one of the family member and co-owner, Manzoor Ahmed. Manzoor has a driving experience of 26 years in the Himalayan terrain and is considered as, one of the best in Leh.
The Guest House is situated at 4.5 Kms away from the Leh Airport and on the foothill of the Leh Palace and Castle of Namgayal Tsemo.

ReplyDeleteI traveled to leh 2 times and every time it was the same hospitality that I received from this family. He drove me and my mates from jammu to leh, Nubra, Hunder, Pangong, Tso-morori and back to Manali via great himalayan passes and valleys. Through out the circuit you will be in the safe hands of Manzoor. He is a very experienced (26Yrs) driver on jammu-leh-manali circuit.
I am going back this august and I am excited to meet him and his family. I will have my favorite VEG THUKPA made by his mother again :)
Staff is very friendly and well maintained.

Manzoor is a good person and great driver as well.
Would recommend this guest house to everybody visiting Leh.
Spot it by chance but it was a very good choice. Cheap and very good accomodation in Leh. Manzoor is a very nice guy, and will help you with all matters. Simply excelent food and hospitality :)

He even allowed us to cook in his guest house kitchen.

ReplyDeletewe were 5 ppl visited during last week of April and stayed there for 8 days. Manzoor bhai the owner of this guest house is an awesome kind man, he planned our trip so well that we were able to see all the spots without much tension about travel n whether roads will closed due to snow n all.
In our limited time, he made us to travel to Kargil too which was not possible if we had planned the trip by ourself.,
Food provided was also awesome. Highly recommended for bachelors

ReplyDeleteWe were 15 of us and the service provided by Manzoor bhai and his family was impeccable. Very friendly people and they let you use all the facilities available with them and not to forget, a guest house with wifi connection! :) a highly recommended place
